We used to have a central office in High Wycombe, but since December 2020 we have said goodbye to fixed premises and moved the whole business to 100% remote.

The change has been great for us. It means our team can keep growing without being limited by the size of a building, and we can hire the best people no matter where they live. We had actually been thinking about going remote for a while. Then COVID-19 gave us the push to try it properly. It worked so well for both the team and our clients that we decided to make it permanent.

Today we are a fully distributed company and we love it. All our meetings, collaboration, and client catch-ups happen online.
